Jeffrey Alan Bowersox has been a trial lawyer since 1981. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jeff is a member of the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"), where he is the a past Chair of the Section on Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts. Jeff is a member of the AAJ "Leaders Forum" and strongly supports the AAJ mission to preserve the right of Trial by Jury for all Americans that are injured by corporate wrong-doing. ...continue reading
Kim Riedl attended the University of Portland and Portland State University, where she studied administration of justice and business. She has been handling document preparation and support services for Bowersox Law Firm for over 7 years.
Kim is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oregon Paralegal Association. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family. She also donates her time to Habitat for Humanity.
Julie joined our firm in September to assist our clients in two important areas of concern. Julie manages our clients' Broadspire claims in the Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II hip device litigation proceedings. Julie has quickly taken on strong client advocacy to press Broadspire to pay our clients' valid claims for wage loss, reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses and medical care.
Julie also assists in the preparation of court-mandated discovery responses in a variety federal court proceedings. Generally denominated as "Plaintiff Fact Sheets" and "Plaintiff Disclosure Sheets" these documents are signed by our clients under oath as responses to detailed questions posed by defendant pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.
Prior to joining the Bowersox Law Firm, Julie spent twelve years at Waggener Edstrom in analyst relations where her primary client was Microsoft Corporation. She is a graduate of Whittier College with a degree in Political Science. When she's not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading and playing tennis.
